Peru is 51, Mexico 52, Cuba 53, Argentina 54, Brazil 55, Chile 56, Colombia 57, and Venezuela 58. Bolivia (591), Guyana, Ecuador, French Guiana, Paraguay, Martinique, Surinam and Uruguay (598) all have three–digit codes starting with 59 – but I would be very surprised if any of these came up in a quiz.
The Falkland Islands, South Georgia and the South Sandwich Islands share code 500.
